Jessica Themak, originally from Long Island, NY is a Physician Assistant with over ten years of

experience in Emergency Medicine and Neurosurgery. She has been doing aesthetics for several years now and has found that to be her true passion. She has an artistic eye and an eye for detail. On her free time she enjoys working out and has competed in several body building shows. She enjoys the mental and physical challenge it takes to achieve a certain physique. She has always wanted to start  her own business and decided to combine her two favorite things: fitness and aesthetics! She wants to spread her knowledge about health and wellness to others so that they can live a healthy lifestyle! She can help those achieve fitness goals by not only through personal training and nutrition, but also optimizing ones' hormones. From an aesthetic perspective, she can also help those looking to achieve a more restful and youthful version of themselves.  She brings a unique perspective to the realm of fitness and aesthetics.
